My Fuzzy…
Yesterday, due to ILoveLeaders training and related conversations, I was totally in focus, in ACTION, and confident about my ability to do ANYTHING!!
Then late last night I heard online from my brother and my little voice started in. He’s being faced with some possible serious health challenges. Later, I tossed & turned and woke up… . worried, not feeling rested. My mind was cluttered, out of focus; my aches and pains, more insistent. Where was my focus?
In the shower today, I remembered I was a Leader, a person of influence… A Leader wouldn’t just “muddle through”, feeling distracted. A leader would choose her optimistic, positive thoughts and act boldly, harnessing their power!
I made several phone calls, started things in motion, made requests, and received answers for me. His test results would take time; my brother lives his own life; and, despite childhood memories, I’m not responsible for him anymore.
At last, I was focused again — I create MY life!! Wahoo, I….Love…Leaders! :-)
